Principal

Michael S. Teller is a creative problem-solver with a proven record of successfully completing projects. His management abilities enable him to integrate teams and design concerns while meeting client budgets and schedules. He has considerable experience in the design, renovation, and construction of institutional, private, and governmental facilities, office buildings, retail space, storage and manufacturing facilities, parking garages, stadiums, housing, pool facilities, and ornamental ironwork.

Mr. Teller performs architectural work, specializing in project planning, building and regulatory code review, and ADA compliance. His ability to analyze building assemblies produces solutions that consider the working relationships of all related building parts. He has won awards in historical restoration and the repair of the building envelope, including windows, concrete, and masonry as well as roof design and replacement. Mr. Teller is qualified as an expert witness and has testified on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants.

In his 46 years of practice, Mr. Teller has managed the design, renovation, and repair of thousands of housing units, as well as millions of square feet of office space. He has renovated some of the most historically important structures in New England and has a passion for restoration. He easily explains technical things to non-technical people and uses his executive function to help clients make decisions.
