Lincoln School, Brookline, MA

This historic facility has been used for swing space while other schools were being renovated. It is on an awkward site with significant elevation changes. It was in constant need of repair.  

We replaced individual roofs, provided designs for interior renovations including handicap accessibility, toilet room renovations, and egress. Additionally, we prepared designs for waterproofing the plaza deck which extends over a great deal of occupied space, below.
